Commercial breakdown for the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 race
Posted by Cheryl Walker under Racing ArticleFor those of you NASCAR fans that like stats and love to hate commercials, here is the breakdown from the race on Saturday evening.
I started recording the times as the Invocation for the race was given at 7:36 PM, and stopped at the waving of the checkered flag at 10:50 PM (all times are EST). I did not keep records for the pre- and post-race coverage.
Here is my breakdown, thoroughly unprofessional, and, hopefully, easy-to-understand.
Please note that in addition to all of the following, there is always a company logo (Bud, Chevy, etc.) flashing in the upper right hand corner of the screen by the race ticker that is scrolling across.

Thankyou so much for doing this, my husband and I who have been fans for 15 years cannot take the commercials anymore. I have never seen so many. Do you turn your statisitics into NASCAR? Don’t know if they would care but maybe they could see how bad it is. Keep up the good work
